London lecture

12 October 2017

picture of october lecture speakersAn interactive discussion on the product development process, providing an insight into how to generate a good brief and how to communicate effectively when developing a product to ensure that it is fit for purpose.

Janet Tarasofsky (Courageous Conversations Expert)
Fiona Elliott (Hapii)
Stacey Irving (Global Cosmetic Developments Ltd)

Janet has put forward a brief to both Fiona and Stacey, who in turn will present to the audience a technical overview and samples of the formulations they have both created separately in order to meet Janet's brief requirements. This excercise will demonstrate how a brief can be interpreted differently and will generate a discussion about what factors need to be discussed before and during the development process to ensure that the client's brief is met.
