Synopsis

All too often brands focus on the functional delivery of a product alone, failing to understand the true drivers of preference and loyalty and how these are driven across multiple senses. In this session we will:

  • Look at the over-reliance on the sense of sight
  • Explore our emotional relationship to brands across multiple senses
  • Introduce the concept of Super-additivity and Cross-modality
  • Carry out some exercises which introduce us to the practice of sensory branding
  • Be inspired by interesting and surprising case studies
